Ideal for publicizing your latest Painting What better way to announce a new painting or an upcoming show than by email to a mailing list. One click of a button sends your newsletter to your carefully selected target group. Create a group in your email program and simply select the group in the "To" box. Creating a group is easy. In Outlook or Outlook Express select "Tools", "Address Book","New", "New Group". Name your group in the Group Name box. Clicking on the "Select Members" button allows you to add from your existing Address Book and the "New Member" allows you to add a new email address. To send an email to the group simply select the group name from the contact list when you click the "To" field. Groups are easy to find since they appear in bold type in your contact list.
